Ramadan is an annual observence that constitutes one of the five pillars of Islam. I was fortunate enough to live in Egypt, Malaysia, and Qatar, and as such have experience with the culture in Islamic countries.
There is much misinformation about Islam in the press and social media, so I attach the below presentation so that non-Muslims can better understand our Muslim colleagues, friends, neighbours and fellow citizens' sacrifices and values during this important time. Ignorance is our enemy!
